Zachary Addison is a man of diverse interests and talents who has served as an apprentice with Boudreaux Builders since March of 2019. Zachary Addison’s responsibilities with this New Orleans-based construction company include assisting the owner in the design and erection of both custom homes and commercial buildings.
Mr. Addison formerly served as a leader in the restaurant industry. Before relocating to the greater New Orleans area, he managed Ninfa’s Mexican Restaurant in Baton Rouge. He joined the Ninfa’s team as a busser while pursuing his bachelor of science in mathematics (earned magna cum laude) at Louisiana State University (LSU).
In addition to his professional and academic pursuits, Zachary Addison has a history of community support that has benefited a wide range of organizations, including the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank. His hobbies include gardening, cooking, playing basketball, and following the LSU Tigers football team.
